How does Vicam package its products?

We take shipping safety seriously. Different product series use different packaging methods based on their size, weight, and shipping requirements.

• Standard models (e.g., V8 series, V13-33PTF, V13-3350PTF, etc.)
  Packed with high-density foam padding + reinforced cardboard box. The foam is precision-cut to securely hold the main unit, camera head, cable reel, and accessories – preventing movement and impact during transit. The outer box is made of heavy-duty corrugated cardboard with good crush resistance.

• V13-BCSA series (deep‑well / underwater inspection system)
  Due to its longer cable (up to 200m), larger control box, and higher value, we use an additional custom wooden case + foam padding for extra protection. The wooden case offers excellent impact and compression resistance, ideal for long sea freight, air freight, or multi‑leg shipping.

All products receive a final visual and functional check before sealing. If you have special packaging requirements (e.g., ISPM‑15 certified wooden case, extra waterproofing), please let us know when placing your order – we are happy to customize.
