A: The selection hinges on the camera lens diameter. For narrow pipelines ranging from 25mm to 50mm, it is recommended to use the 14mm or 23mm compact lens of Vicam. For municipal main pipelines from 100mm to 300mm, a 40mm or 50mm lens with a pushrod is advised. If the pipe diameter exceeds 300mm, a lens with 360° Pan & Tilt function is recommended to ensure comprehensive observation of the sidewall conditions.

A: The self-leveling lens has a built-in gravity sensing mechanism that ensures the image displayed on the monitor remains upright (with the ground consistently at the bottom) no matter how the lens flips inside the pipeline. A: Vicam provides optional pushrod lengths ranging from 20 meters to 120 meters. Our pushrod adopts a mixed material of high-strength glass fiber and steel wire, which not only has sufficient flexibility to pass through 90-degree elbows but also has excellent thrust support for long-distance inspection. The outer layer is covered with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) coating, which has excellent wear resistance and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion.
