Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping time consists of two parts: order processing + transit time.
1. Order processing time (before shipment):
After you place an order, we need approximately 5 business days to complete production and quality testing. This applies to all standard orders.
For large volume or complex custom orders, please contact us for a more precise schedule.
2. Transit time (after shipment):
Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 5–7 business days. Best for small to medium orders, door‑to‑door service with full tracking.
Air freight: 7–12 business days. Suitable for larger shipments, faster than sea freight, but airport‑to‑airport (local pickup/delivery arranged separately).
Sea freight: 25–40 days. Most economical option for large volume or heavy equipment.

We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Customs clearance times vary by country – we supply all necessary documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) to help minimize delays.
